Technical Assistant - Construction Technology (Certified)

• Assigned for the implementation supervision of different Trade foreman (Carpenter, mason, s/fixers) to ensure high productivity & work will be done according to the drawings & specification requirement, quality control with high quality standard of finishes & ensuring work order & standard are completed in a timely & cost effective manner, weekly progress report to the construction manager. Daily reviews site drawings. Follows instructions with construction manager & consultants.
• Checking the strict implementations of the details & diminishing in slab & pedestal, distances of rebar & stirrups according to the approved drawings prior to casting of concrete.
• Have knowledge of all highway tests on field for quality of highway.
• To ensure for removed forms are adequately cleared, maintained & stacked in for re-use as necessary.

• Supervision of Civil works, taking out Quantities, Quality Control of materials for use, Preparing Progress reports.
• Basic Knowledge about drawings reading & leading of manpower strength & solve the major problems on site.
• To ensure that all grade prepared & executed to the lines & levels necessary to achieve the correct concrete profiles.
• To ensure maintenance to correct formwork profiles, plumb etc. during & on after the concrete work.
• To ensure that all reinforcement in properly & securely fixed into position to prevent displacement during concrete work & to maintain proper concrete cover.
• To check that the formwork is clean, free from extraneous matter & the release agent has been correctly applied

• Complies with all statutory requirements connected with the implementation of project.
• Making Inspection Request (RFI / WIR) for each activity according to ITP.
• Inspecting the field activities such as excavation, Backfilling, foundation work, Piling work, sub structure & Super structure Civil Work, Bridges flyover or underpass, foundation retaining wall, water proofing, steel frame structure work, concrete pouring.
• To finish concrete surface as per standard requirements & arrange proper curing arrangements.
• Check the detailed survey & Lay-out of structures before the execution of construction activities.

• Finishing job activity a huge command such like, Aluminum & stone Cladding, Block masonry, Plaster, Title & paint Work, Door & Window (Metal, Aluminum, Wood) including Phenolic wall partition, Floor & Wall wooden Cabinet.
• Coordination with Civil testing agencies / batching plants for in time delivery of concrete, subsequent inspection & testing requirements. Ensuring the availability of QC Inspector during any operations.
• Complies with the highest level of safety during all stages of work to avoid any type of incidents or accidents. Take reasonable care of own health, safety & that of others in the workplace.

• Coordination with consultant & architectures. Satisfy client requirements according to their need. Coordinated all building materials requirements on sites.
• Confers with staff & worker to ensure production & personnel problems are resolved.
• Analyzes & resolves worker problem & recommends motivational plans.
• Examines & inspects work progress, equipment & construction sites to verify safety & ensure that specifications are met
