Description: The CCS Project involves capture, compression, and dehydration of wet CO2 to dense phase from the Emirates Steel Factory in and transportation to the reservoirs for the purpose of Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR). The Project is conceived and is being managed by a Joint Venture between , the UAE’s company, and , a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Government-owned Mubadala Development Company. It involves construction and operation of the Project’s CO2 dehydration and compression facility located adjacent to the factory and subsequent transportation of the compressed CO2 to reservoirs, approximately 45 km / 28 miles southwest of City. This is a clean energy project, first of its kind in GCC, a part of current sustainability programme in UAE.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for preparation of:
o Procedures for planning & project control, project coordination, progress measurement and invoicing
o Baseline schedule (level-4) with budgeted man-hours in Primavera P6
o Engineering Document Deliverable Register (EDDR), Procurement Service Register (PSR) and Manufacturing & Delivery Document Register (MDDR) for Progress measurement
• Updating overall schedule, progress and cost S curve, project performance trend, man power histogram, critical path, CPI, SPI, look ahead schedule, etc.
• Attending weekly & monthly project review meeting with client
• Participating weekly schedule review meeting with senior management to analyse the schedule & project risk and critical path review
• Providing guidance to the planning engineers for preparing daily, weekly & monthly progress reports
• Setting progress target for discipline engineers in line with planne
