In the Operation System Support (OSS) Dept. I'm leading the international team that support all the country (apart DE) in the performance management and analytic area.
Main activity of the team are analyse, design and deploy solution in an IT environment, collecting, harmonize and propose solution to our internal customer. Reducing the Total cost of ownership providing hosting solution or reusing architecture. Consolidate different tool across the region.
We introduced the BigData (Pivotal) concept in the main country, provide tool for Real time application (EMC RTI / Gemfire solution), KPI calculation (Oracle DB appliance, OBIEE, SAS Visual Analytics), data discovery (Visual Analytics), preventive maintenance using forecasting technologies (Customization with different Vendors), provide data correlation and federation for marketing use case with POC and real use cases taking data feed from probes (Netscout).
I'm also responsible for the definition and allocation of the budget of the team across the region
