After working in the same company as a logistic specialist, I was promoted to the assistant manager position. I was in charge of logistics and supply chain management for an automotive production plant in Czech Republic and all its major suppliers too.
My main responsibilities included:
- Ensuring the correct products and services were delivered to customers in a timely manner, according to customer needs and objectives
- Managing inland and maritime transport
- Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Reception of new requests, orders, as well as complaints by the respective clients
