Organizing, scheduling, and facilitating agile ceremonies, including daily stand-up, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other meetings as needed
• Providing agile leadership and coaching for the development team and project stakeholders regarding process methodologies, scrum practices, collaboration tools, etc.
• Collaborating with Product Owners and other key stakeholders to identify, refine, and shape the product backlog and roadmap to support business value delivery
• Identifying opportunities and implementing improved processes and workflows to boost team efficiency by tracking and reporting on development team metrics such as velocity, risks, burndown, cumulative flow, etc.
• Providing visibility and transparency into daily operations for Product Owners and stakeholders
• Facilitating the daily work of the development team by removing impediments and interference

Drive Scrum rituals and facilitates Scrum team and Team Leaders to self-organization, utilizing Agile Best Practices methodology, processes and tools.
• Work with Product Owners to develop project roadmaps which align to business objectives
• Liaising with stakeholders around the business, helping to write / refine User Stories along with relevant and meaningful Acceptance Criteria.
• Broad experience as a Scrum professional, working within cross-functional agile/lean delivery teams on around software development projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build rapport with tech & business teams.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting to all stakeholders; hold regular cross-organizational management briefings, specifically with steering committees. Demonstrate that they are in control of the Agile project
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues, especially risks associated with Agile projects.
• Exercise independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor whilst providing the appropriate levels of autonomy for the Scrum Teams.
• Construct high-level product epics and features incorporating your Agile experience navigating the SDLC.
• Craft and manage a product backlog that clearly articulates all aspects of the user requirements and define well-formed acceptance criteria.
• Prioritizes work within an agile team and maintain a backlog of future work for consideration/prioritization.
• Define and manage release plans. Manage scope and client priorities
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations. Working closely with project owner in backlog management and continuous delivery of features.
• Educate and reinforce scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and key stakeholders
