•Management and control of all Project materials from uplift and delivery of materials and equipment to receipt and control at the Fabrication Yard and Barge.
•Final reconciliation including disposal of scrap materials all in accordance with the Client and Contractor’s policy and procedures for the materials Management and other teams as appropriate.
•Coordinate and collaborate with other teams on country specific/other issue.
•Check the Availability of the required materials for overall Projects activities in advance with the plan as per IFC and Shop Drawings.
•Correct materials and equipment’s are issued for construction areas as per plan, IFC and Shop Drawings it from the receipt at Yard up to the final acceptance and release for work.
•Piping Spools Fabrication material Issuance to Workshop or Subcontractor according to Plan.
•Sub Sea Spools materials issuance to concern teams.
•Provide different reports as per requirement by managers or project team such as, Feasibility reports.
•All materials will be controlled using an auditable material control procedure with an eventual full reconciliation report including surplus and scrap materials.
•To maintain safety measures & House Keeping in store and performing duties as per ISO 9001-2008 work instructions.
•Responsible for the issuance of all materials and equipment to the construction areas through material voucher as per plan.
•Dealing with subcontractor’s regarding those project activities is subcontracted; send required material as per IFC and shop drawings per company policy and procedures to subcontractor.
