JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible of smooth & safe operation within technical limits and emergency handling of coal.
• Routine duty changeover of equipment.
• Troubleshooting of operational problems and initiate maintenance requests.
• Isolation against work permits.
• Before Startup of any belts conveyer coordinate with CCR operator.
• Monitoring of coal crusher bearings temperature timely.
• Familiarity with hazardous materials transportation regulations.
• During ash loading good communication with truck driver to avoid splashing ash.
• Perform operations of the stacker reclaimer and auxiliary equipment, to coordinate with heavy equipment operators during unloading and reclaiming operations
• Evaluates and implements strategies developed for the stacking, unloading, reclaiming and coal blending operations
• Performs preventive maintenance on the stacker reclaimers and its auxiliaries before and after operation
• Performs closing and opening of electrical breakers of the stacker reclaimer protective devices
• Daily inspection the ash area must be neat and clean.

Opening the screening and cleaning the nuts and bolts Opening the gate valve Cleaning it Fitting it with the help of chain block.

All types of valves NRV, RV, PSV, GATE VALVE, GLOB VALVE, BUTTERFLY VALVE Change gasket and replace valve. Clean the all nut and bolta clean with WD40.

Maintain the all equipments for practical work .issue the all tools for making projects maintain the All class attendance and worksheet. send data through online to Teveta head office.
