• Experience working on cross-functional teams at various levels in the organization, able to develop and nurture a strong working relationship with production personnel
• Minimizing loss of service at the time of equipment failure by rapidly identifying and implementing an alternative method of service provision

• Installing, fixing and maintaining a variety of electronic and electrical equipment and appliances.
• Installing, Testing, Commissioning, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of:
o Switchgear, Control Panels and MCC Panels
o Motor starters: Direct On Line starter (DOL), Star Delta, Forward Reverse, Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)
o Main Distribution Boards (MDB), Sub Main Distribution Board (SMDB), Power Factor Improvement Panel (PFI), Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), Distribution Board (DB), Generator Panels, Supply Changeover Panels, AC and DC Combine Panel
o All circuit breakers : ACB, MCCB, RCCB, ELCB, MCB, MPCB, MCP
• Maintain the Transformers & Standby Generators

• Having experience in operation, maintenance, troubleshooting
• Sizing & Selection of LV Switchgear and its components
• PLC System Interfacing with digital and analog sensor
• Working on motor starters, motor starting method, other switchgear control panels, distribution panels and protection relays.
• Install and maintain uninterrupted power supplies (UPS)
• Installation of CCTV Camera, Fire Alarm System, Public Address etc.
• Load measurements and cable support design according to load
• Servicing, repairing, calibrating, regulating, fine tuning, testing, inspecting, the machines, devices, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of electrical or electronic principles.
• Install and maintain all types of lights like floor lights, wall lights, spot lights, ceiling lights, road lights, outdoor lights, garden lights, underwater lights, roof and wall mounted chandeliers
• Knowledge about Building Management System (BMS) and HVAC.

• Working with PLC, HMI, SCADA, S7-200, 300, 400 Siemens PLC System
• WINCC EXPLORER, WINCC FLEXIBLE, Simatic Manager
• Working on Variable Frequency Drives
• PLC System Interfacing with digital and analog sensors
• Switchgear Power drawings, Single Line Diagrams & Control Schematics
• Evaluating Protection & Metering requirements for LV Switchgears, Industrial Motors
• Performing lighting calculations for indoor & outdoor industrial areas
• Removing bear and tear and updating different wirings
• Assemble, install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures

• Having experience electrification of residential and commercial Buildings
• Installation, commissioning, Troubleshooting and maintenance of:
o With layout perform chipping, conduiting, wiring, earthing, drilling
o Electrical cable routing plan, cable tray, trench, conduit layout
o Practical experience of electrical underground and open wiring
o Working on cable schedule and load installation
• Installation of Voltage Stabilizer, Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) for different residential and commercial load
• Installation of remote control wiring and install auto infrared switches for PIR Microwave Radar Body Motion Sensor Module.
• Assemble, install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
