•Development of Project Master Schedule by integrating schedules from engineering, procurement, construction, con-subcontractors and commissioning.
•Identification, monitoring & streamlining of critical paths running through the Project Master Schedule
•Interface and coordinate between all disciplines and departments and then with client to finalize project plan and budget.
•Updating the project schedule with actual input and activity progress. Issuance of updated schedule showing forecast dates, critical paths and cost overruns.
•Development and maintenance of look-ahead plans, S-Curves, Histograms, WBS and risk analysis methodologies.
•Create work breakdown structure to define the project scope into “manageable” work packages and make sure the entire scope is covered in WBS.
•To perform earned value management analyses to measure project progress against agreed baseline.
•Identification and mitigation of critical paths, potential changes & evaluation of its impacts on project budget & schedule.
•Assistance in preparation of project budget within project total scope.
•Cost controlling and forecasting using different cost management systems, cash flow, contingency and escalation.
•Preparation of MOMs, as well as do interface / coordinate between various disciplines till Project handover.
•Identification of achieved milestones and timely approval / receiving of invoices from client.
•Ensure that contractor’s payments are made on a timely basis and tied to earned progress.
•To monitor and analyze vendor’s & sub-contractor’s project schedule and progress and to advise the project manager of deviations and potential problems and recommend corrective actions.
•Review and comment on construction contractor’s schedules and progress reports provide comments and suggest corrective action.

•In charge the lighting works in Lanco thermal power plant, an under erection 1200 MW power plant.
•Scheduled the work in accordance to the project timeline and ensured that all the deadlines were met.
•Coordinated with the consultants, clients and informed them of the progress of the project.
•Organized the work according to the customer needs and supervised the work of the subcontractors for the same.
•Maintained the safety measures at the site and ensured that all quality control regulations were met.
•Verified all materials used for the construction and ensured that they were of premium quality.
•Assembled the materials for the maintenance process, assisted in saving cost and made the necessary modifications.
•Documented the work conducted on the site and assisted the client in the inspection.
