Completed a Berlitz 2-week intensive training course to work as an English Language Instructor and started at Berlitz Offenbach office. From 2018, due to high business demands, I am now headquartered at Berlitz Darmstadt. I also have a contract with Berlitz Frankfurt. I teach English individually or in groups of up to 8 persons, ages 18 years and upwards. Also involved with FBW Groups, courses that students take as part of a work requirement or for job searching purposes, paid by the Government. I teach lessons both at the centres or at company offices located nearby in those three localities.
Have passed the Cambridge University examinations - TKT Module 1 and 3 and have both certificates of achievement respectively required by Berlitz for teaching English in Germany.

Al Ghurair is one of the largest diversified industrial enterprises in the Middle East. Worked in AGI’s HR Group, responsible for the recruitment of senior staff for the Executive Office. Handled recruitment requisitions, head-hunting, sourcing, screening of candidates / CV’s, involved in the short listing process, arranged and attended candidate interviews, meetings with agencies, issued offer letters, arranged Visa’s for new employee’s to the final stages of the recruitment cycle. Used Oracle Version 11i HRMS specifically for candidate detail entries and offer letter generation. My general focus overall was to reduce recruitment costs for the whole Al Ghurair Group.

Responsible for generating sales from corporate clients for the Holiday Inn Express with particular emphasis on the Jumeirah and Safa Park branches. Responsible for negotiating corporate contracts with a focus on achieving regular monthly sales targets. The aim was to generate revenue from new short term and long term clients and wherever possible, to promote Long-Stay Contracts and Group Contracts. Although targets varied my average total room night production was between 200 - 250 room nights per month. My highest production since joining had reached above 750 room nights.

JPNG Global is a general recruitment agency catering for professional staff of all levels and all disciplines. My role was to generate new clients, bring in new business, negotiate contract terms and find suitable candidates for various clients the Company was looking after.

Appointed as a Recruitment Consultant in the Engineering & Architecture Division. After full training on Bond Adapt v8 software, my primary focus was in the recruitment of structural and civil engineers and other construction professionals throughout the Middle East. The role included writing job descriptions and placing adverts online, undertaking client meetings and candidate screening. I was also tasked to generate new business and to expand the client list including agreeing terms of business with new clients.

Prosearch primarily focused on the supply of manpower (mass recruitment) to large contracting and construction companies in the GCC. My main responsibility was to generate new business through meetings with various HR Managers, General Managers and CEO’s of the larger contracting companies. I was responsible for negotiating recruitment deals and agreeing the Terms of Business, and then ensuring that these terms were met. I also managed a number of the junior Recruitment Consultants and assisted in the training of new Business Development Executives. I attended presentations, conferences and networking functions to obtain new business and met heads of companies. I was the main point of contact with all new and existing clients, and had to resolve any problems with clients to ensure their requirements were fully addressed.

Recruitment / Sales / Business Development professional who has lived 22 years in the Middle East region, with overall 7 years industry experience out of which 3 years focused in recruitment in the Middle East. Have worked both in agency and in-house recruitment positions, business development and sales. I have broad industry exposure from hospitality, recruitment to financial sales which makes me very adaptable to each field of employment. I am very hard working, and always willing to go the extra mile for the betterment of the Company and its goals.
