• Responsible for Managing all phases of project development to ensure user satisfaction, project continuity and internal consistency
• Supervised and coordinated professional, technical, and non-technical staff by establishing performance measures, goals, objectives and priorities, providing direction and feedback, and ensuring assigned projects/tasks are completed accurately and by the specified due date
• Responsible for making sure the progress report implementation on primavera-6, for whole project as head of PMO, setting up structures with customer as well as external partners

• Responsible for evaluating overall and individual work performance to determine effectiveness in providing quality products within time and cost restraints;
• Responsible for Monitoring time and expenditures to ensure projects and budgets meet established targets.
• Prepare the detailed project progress schedule in coordination with Program Manager, subcontractors and suppliers. Update the schedule on a monthly basis and quarterly
• Responsible of all project plans, specifications, contract with Owner, subcontracts, purchase orders, daily correspondence, drawings, submittals, and all other project related documents
• Responsible for preparing change proposals, negotiate change orders, execute change orders, issue change orders to subcontractors
