Medico encargado del área medica y operativa, con personal medico y paramedico a cargo, revisión y auditoria de historias clínicas, seguimiento a la operación ejerciendo control en tiempos de atención, presentación de informes a casa matriz según lo establecía la gerencia de operaciones o la gerencia general, dar apoyo en procesos gerenciales y comerciales de la sede regional, selección de talento humano. Atención de paciente cuando la operación por congestión en el servicio así lo requería.
