Local Representation of Economic Affairs in Panamá, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Honduras.

Duties

- Translate official notes and other documents for the different diplomatic members of Indonesia.
- Courtesy visits to different Panamenian organizations, in order to strengthen relations between Indonesia and Panama.
- Respond via e-mail and phone calls all requests made by different organizations or regular citizens interested in different matters, specifically economy related matters.
- Organize along with other members of the team our participation in different Expos and events in the country represents (Panama, Nicaragua, Honduras, Costa Rica).
- Deliver official documentation to different Governmental entities
- Be a translator for in different venues celebrated in the city.
- Send weekly reports to HQ about the economic development of Panama.

* Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
* Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
* Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
* Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
* Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
* Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.

• Product Presentation to Carriers and Open Market distributors
• SAP Management (GMP and GFP)
• GSCM Management (AP1)
• G-ERP Management
• Microsoft Office Management
• Arrange orders and deliveries of stock for customers
