Project Manager

Supervising the maintenance and repair of golf course maintenance equipment and golf carts. Order parts, supplies and equipment as needed.
Custodian of petty cash and responsible for local purchases.
Doing Goods Receipt Note on the behalf of LPO’s.
Maintains the irrigation, fertilizer, golf course supplies, chemical and mechanical stores.
Maintains a preventive maintenance program within budget on all equipment.
Communicates any needs or problems relating to maintenance or repair of equipment with the Superintendent and/or assistant superintendent
Professional dealing with the supplier in need of spare parts and arranging payment for the supplier from the internal finance Dept.
Staff Administration including preparing monthly timesheets, follow up salary and arranging salary slips, staff record maintenance, updating & maintain the holiday and leave.
Administrates and enforces all Club rules, regulations and policies for staff
Dealing with internal, external and GOVT auditors.
Record maintenance and file management.
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to officers.
Handling incoming / outgoing calls, correspondence, and filing.
Setting up and coordinating meetings and conference.
Keeps a complete set of records for equipment, spare parts, inventory, purchases, equipment conditions, costs of repairs and preventive maintenance for all equipment..
