Key responsibilities including, conducting inspections of mechanical, generators, electrical and other building components and systems, fault finding during production.
Supporting all maintenance, and post-maintenance works ensuring that resources are used to optimum effect.
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance along with reviewing progression reports and reporting to the senior management.
Undertaking effective planning and prioritization of workload wherever necessary and operating in line with relevant legislation, company policy, and company procedures.
Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs and ensuring there is a continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.

Handled engineering utilities (D.G, Compressor, Humidification Plant, Hydrant system, Water System and other electrical motor maintenance).
Supervised the man power utilization under effective guidance of my superior.
Supervise the plant schedule maintenance task for the utility department.
Performed all other duties as assigned.

Fitting new parts and carrying out quality inspections.
Making scheduled checks on machinery, oiling and cleaning machinery parts.
Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns and Keeping production managers informed of progress.

In-Plant trainee for 10 days in the mechanical department of the industry.
Learned the power production procedures in the organization.
Gained good knowledge in these power production equipment.
Improved the technical knowledge of various thermal equipment.
