• Responsible for the operation of the overall manufacturing process of High Impact and Crystal Polystyrene by controlling the various process parameters through PLC based panels.

• Monitors process conditions and makes necessary adjustments to optimize the process while ensuring products are within the required specifications according to the grade.

• Prepare daily operation logs and reports for the production and consumption of additives and raw materials.

• Actively participate in the start-up and shutdown activities of the plant with the team coordination.
