Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators and surveyors before construction work starts. Planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, for example, planning the delivery
and storage of equipment and materials. Communicating with a range of people including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, the public and the workforce. Preparing regular progress reports for project sponsors. Making daily tasks lists and delegating responsibility.Arranging and leading on regular team meetings. Identifying and recording any variations to specification, or other cost implications, and obtaining client
authorisation for carrying out additional works.

Vorbereitung von Bau und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Bauprofis wie Architekten, Ingenieure, Abnehmer und Baugutachter vor Baubeginn; Prävention von möglichen bautechnischen Problemen wie zB Planung und Lagerung von Baumaterial und Equipment; Kommunikationsschnittstelle zu Kunden, Subunternehmern, Lieferanten und Arbeitskräften; Progress-Reporting zu Projektsponsoren; Erstellung von täglichen Aufgabenlisten sowie Verantwortungsverteilung; Organisation und Leitung von Teammeetings; Identifizierung und Aufzeichnung von baulichen Änderungen oder Kostenfolgen sowie Erhalt von Autorisierung der Kunden für weitere Arbeitsbringung.

schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals. Solve details and realizing with design group. Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers. Recommend or execute personnel actions,
such as hirings, evaluations, and promotions.

Verantwortlicher des gesamten Baus für alle 6 Blöcke: Kontrolle der Ausbau- sowie Fassadearbeiten (auch Ziegelfassade); Quantitätskontrolle sowie Bestellwesen des Baumaterials; optimierendes Arbeitszeitmanagement von einer Person pro m²; Planung und Erstellung von Arbeitsplänen sowie Aufträgen und des Produktionsablaufes zur Erreichung der Produktionsziele; Feinlösungen mit der Konstruktionsgruppe; Übersetzung von Bauplänen, Auftragserteilungen, Unternehmenspolitik sowie Arbeitsabläufen; Umsetzung von Personalmaßnahmen wie Anstellungen, Evaluierungen und Förderungen.

Responsible for day-to-day site work. Checking all site works (Reinforcement work, Formwork) to ensure that work is being carried out as per design drawings, specifications & meeting planning dates in schedule. Liaising with consultants. Conducting regular job site inspections. Interact with contractor for clarification of design. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress. Checking and bring materials in time which are used in site before installment. Make working schedule for site engineer, subcontractor.

Reinforcement und Schalung; Sicherstellung des plan- sowie termingerechten Baus; Zusammenarbeit mit Beratern; Baustelleninspektion; Interaktion mit Subunternehmern über Baudesign; Reporting; Kontrolle des Baumaterials welches vor Zahlung benutzt wurde; Arbeitsplanerstellung für Bauingenieure und Subunternehmer.

Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives. Checking main plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculation. Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications. Working to obey FIDIC and under control (QA/QC).Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost effective solution and proposal for intend project. Liaising with consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, supervisors and the general workforce involved in the Project. Preparing report as required (Daily, Weekly and Monthly, Manpower, Quantity
of Materials, Force).

Fortschritt, Materialbestand, (täglich, wöchentlich, monatlich).
