Overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of several of the large bank's strategic transformation projects. I was mostly involved in the vendor selection process, project scope definition, stakeholders’ management, resource allocation, project risk assessment, communication and the implementation of the solutions.My main duty was to ensure that all business transformation projects of the Bank are well delivered and all the potential benefits are realized.

My initial task was to evaluate, develop and implement a new solution to automate the bank’s reporting system and in particular the regulatory reports. During this period, I managed a team of 4 officers and played a major role as a business analyst. My main responsibilities were to define and maintain the bank general ledger, profit and loss structures and parameters, accounts classification, various reports related to profitability and gap analysis.

During my work I have worked in various divisions namely ERP, insurance and banking. I was mainly responsible for the development and support of SOGECAP project that is the insurance front module integrated with the banking platform ICBS.
