I worked as a Content developer, Content proof reader and Marker for GETS ( Global
English Testing Services ) examination, governed by Cardiff University.
GETS is an international standardised test of English language proficiency for nonnative
English language speakers. The examination is designed to assess candidates in
all the key language skills i.e. Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking.
Is responsible for uploading GETS Examinations’ question papers in Item Banking
Software. The software allows students to give GETS exams online across various
countries in the world.
Handles the admin responsibilities for the Academic Services’ department.
Co-ordinates marking for GETS exams.
Is responsible for Inviting markers for GETS in the organisation.
Organising events and trials for GETS examinations’ question papers.
Reviewing and editing all the documents for the department.
Responsible for all inter-department communications within the organisation.

I work to provide service management to the leading airlines in the world.
I have worked as an Order Processing Manager in SITA, whose sole responsibility is
to ensure the timely delivery of Networking solutions across the world.
I constantly work for product development and innovations, which eventually focuses
on enhancement of Customers and its’ businesses.
ByWorking in a networking process, I am accustomed with Tools like BOSS, FILEADE,
GOLD, SESAM and other processing tools.
My key role in the job involves interaction with the Clients on daily basis calls, business
writing skills, showing pro-activeness, acting as an intermediator between the Clients
and Third party vendors.
Currently, I am working on the projects for Emirates and Air Algerie with diligence
and customer satisfaction.
