All the specified activities are meant for elders (60 or more years of age). The activity focuses on keeping one's body perception, working primarily on the breathing patterns and developing joints mobility capacity.

All the activities took place mainly in the weight room: They comprehend:
- Welcoming of the customer
- Assessment of his general condition
- Decision of the program's goals
- Drawing up of the program
- Explaination and demonstration of the exercises' mechanics

I am able to help customers preserve their joint mobility. I also like to teach people how to enhance their personal life by mastering their breathing patterns while practicing particular exercises I have learnt from the Martial Arts I regularly practice: Aikido, Kali, Iaido, I Chin Ching, Kali.
In all of this, the meditative part plays a huge role, as people, practicing the proper breathing patterns while exercising awareness can experience noticeable improvements in all aspects of their life.
I like to think that people can enhance their physical condition, as well as their overall mental state by practicing regular exercise.
