• Preparation of Quality related documents such as Quality control plan, Method statement and related work instructions.
• Verifying schematics & layout drawings.
• Preparing Material Inspection reports & Equipment specifications.
• Scheduling subordinates for different tasks.
• Preparation of Service & Breakdown Reports.
• Trouble shooting in Control Panel and machines.
• Analyzing room layout before installation and giving proper guidance.
• Giving recommendations for Installations including ventilations, Exhaust systems (back pressure Calculation), Silencers, Fuel systems.
• Testing & Commissioning of Diesel Generators.
• Testing & Commissioning of ATS (GE & FG Wilson).
• Expert in using Avitron Load Banks for testing generators (both Manual and Remote Control Models).
• Expert in Conducting Functional Test for generators.
• Trouble shooting using different Toolkits(EST,EasyGen2000&3000 Woodward).
• Giving recommendations for Annunciator Installations and trouble shoot using Woodward Software.
• Adjusting Settings for synchronizing using Pandaros Packager Toolkit.
• Familiar to program with Governor ProAct 1&2 for 4000series engine.
• Generator Auto Function checking with customer MDB panel.
• Preparing Hand-over of documents for the Client.
• Working with other engineers, such as mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, to ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result.
• Working with other professionals, such as accountants and human resources personnel, to manage budgets and the recruitment of junior engineers.
• Supervising junior engineers and sub-contractors and ensuring effective communication in order to avoid errors.
• Quality Control Inspection of all electrical activities at various Inspection Stages such as Pre-Installation, Installation & Pre-Commissioning, Final Inspection for various electrical & Instrument equipment’s, Perform Routine Surveillance

Involved in Diesel generator manufacturing from capacities of 5KVA to
2000KVA packaged units (Perkins, Mitsubishi, John Deere, Escorts, Eicher, Tata etc).

• Erection works of diesel Generators.
• Fuel tank, silencer fixing and piping.
• Testing and Commissioning of diesel engines.
• Preparing materials for tender quotations.
• Attending tenders all over kerala.
• Site visiting before Installations.
• Preparation of budget required for machine installation and renovation.
• Attending Client meeting as Company Representative.
• Collecting quote for components and ordering best preferred items.
• AC/ DC motors and Alternator check-ups.
• Torque Testing for all Terminations
• Winding & Insulation resistance test for HV/LV motor.
• Alternator Commissioning includes AVR fixing and tuning.
• Familiar with the operations of Dynamic Balancing Machine.
• Preparing maintenance schedule for various parts of machine

Involved in MEP of commercial and residential buildings.

• Oil and Dry type transformer schedule maintenance.
• Schedule maintenance of CB and HT panels
• Earthing measurements.
• Panel erection jobs
• Cable glanding, terminations etc
• Building wiring.
• Supervising subordinates and electricians.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.

• Studied about Boiler controls - Water Tube Boilers
• Familiar in using ‘SAP’ for procuring spares, maintaining machine history, breakdown details, purchasing necessary spares.
• Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
• Dealing with emergency and unplanned problems and repairs.
