2. Design parts and assembly for roll forming machines using DFM and DFA principles.
3. 2D to 3D conversion of mechanical parts.
4. Creating 3D to 2D drawings using ASME 14.5
5. Knowledge of Top-down and Bottom-up assembly approach.
6. Knowledge of machining processes and CAM programming for CNC lathe using Creo NC tool.
7. Performing Mechanical calculations for machine’s drive train.
8. Applying GD & T principles.
9. Optimize the present mechanisms for cost effectiveness using Creo mechanism & Creo simulation.

1. Carry out in process & final inspection of Automotive Air filters.
2. Carry out CAPA in 8D format.
3. Prepare control charts for critical product characteristics & subsequent SPC analysis.
4. Conduct MSA & GRR studies as per plan.
5. Developing Parameter diagram for each manufacturing process.
6. Preparing control plan based on modified FMEA.
7. Carry out Layout Inspection & Product Audit as per plan.
8. Knowledge of handling level 5 PPAP’s.
9. Preparing MRM data monthly including monthly COPQ, PPM, their action plans.
10. Bring down PPM count through fish-bone diagram, poka-yoke & why-why analysis.
11. Thorough knowledge of ISO-TS 16949 documentation, facing TS audit, 5S & Kaizen.
12. Successful Handling of TS 16949 NC Audit.
13. Participating in cross functional teams for new improvements on production line.
14. Working Knowledge of PLM & Oracle ERP system.
15. Training manpower.
16. Ability to read Technical Drawings.
