• Interaction with clients during evaluation, requirement gathering and analysis phase for the development of new application or preparing gap report for improvisation of existing system
• Research and practically working on POC (Proof of Concepts) for the clarification on client’s requirement and to identify the best possible solution with confirmation to achieve required functionality
• Documenting FSD (Functional Specification Document) and Flow Charts which has to signed by both parties and has to be acted as a bible through-out application development life cycle
• Development of the application based on approved FSD and Flow chart with acceptable iterations of application development modifications
• Multi-server farm installation and configuration along with providing guidance to network team limited to ports and Network Load Balancing
• Testing, bug fixing of application and deployment on QA (Quality Assurance), UAT (Unit Application Testing) and finally to Production server
• Documenting application manual for business users to better understand process flow of application and technical documentation for system administrator
• Troubleshoot and resolve tickets based on the clients request after application being successfully deployed and published for business users

• Interaction with business users to understand business process and work on the requirement gathering for drafting initial analysis document and to propose solution that fits with the requirement
• Preparing documentation of analysis, business flow, UML diagrams, user and admin guide (Pre & Post development/deployment)
• Application programming based on technologies not limited to SharePoint, C# and .Net, also integrate with third-party component based on the requirement
• Management and support for the development of Enterprise level portals
• Troubleshooting and debugging solutions to rectify errors observed in application
• Preparation of application validation, test cases, test plan documents before application being send to Quality Assurance department
• Multi-server farm capacity planning, architecture design, installation, configuration and management with latest patches and updates

• Researching on the right tools, designing & implementing functionality and manage software programs
• It was his responsibility to identify the main areas for modifications within the existing application and then subsequently develop and debug the changes
