• Witness and monitor suppliers/contractors work activities, inspection, and
Test in accordance with the approved quality plan, ITP, Quality Procedures.
• Controlling third party NDT subcontractors.
• Witnessing Mechanical tests for PQR and review of reports.
• Visual inspection of Welding/Fit-up.
• Following the post weld heat treatment according to the quality procedures.
• Review daily reports like DWR, PMI report, PWHT and NDT reports.
• In process inspection of prefabricated items, final inspection and issuing
IRN.
• Review Hydro/Pneumatic test packages and witnessing test.
• Follow up on non-conformity report (NCR).
