Technical writing experience with process automation industry(Plants)
Technical Writing experience with PLCs, HMI, Power Generation and Process Automation (SCADA SYSTEM).
Familiar with SDLC and DDLC, technical writing concepts.
Familiar with XML and DITA concepts.
Familiar with Release Note, PRS, Bug and task related work items.
Familiar with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).
Familiar with technical publication standards like Microsoft Manual of Style for Technical Publication.
Direct Interaction with the SMEs regarding query.
Responsible for the management of all publications supporting project operations.
Familiar with smoke test for the Documentation.
Knowledge/experience of single-sourcing authoring tools.

Writing user manuals, installation manuals, third party software manual, secure deployment guideline, and installation manager manual using Frame Maker.

Technical Authoring experience in wind power industry
Writing User Manual and Installation manuals using Arbor text Epic editor (DITA & XML) and MS Word.
Familiar with requirement gathering process for documentation.
Familiar with content management system (CMS)
Familiar with SDLC, DDLC and technical writing concepts.
Familiar with technical publication standards like Microsoft Manual of Style for Technical Publication.
Knowledge of migration of technical documents from Microsoft word to Arbor Text Epic Editor using XML and DITA concepts.

Authoring the task in Adobe Frame maker Tool.
Worked on various change drivers (that is engineering documents like Modsum, Service Bulletin, FT’s and Various Engineering Drawings).
Familiar with Documentum publishing Process.

Carried out phase checks (500 Hrs check) of BOEING 737-800 NG.
