• Troubleshooting of the damaged pumps, identifying necessary spare parts and to make root cause analysis to find the actual cause of the problem.
• Taking necessary actions for reparation and restoration of machine, on site and workshop, including original spare part replacement or local manufacturing of damaged parts with help of 3D scanning and reverse engineering
• Taking active role at the field as a supervisor for technicians for preventive, predictive and planned maintenance purposes. Creating an inspection report for the customer.
• Making vibration analysis, coupling alignment and oil analysis on the data taken from field and reporting current and potential defects to the customer. Taking necessary actions for defects and breakdowns.
• Team leader assistant role for the improvement project which its objective is to redesign, organize and apply in to practice of the service department processes
• As part of the project, team designed a custom Microsoft CRM based software focusing on work orders to create an effective equipment and customer database tracking.
