Coordinate with manager and prepare repair order for authorization as per warranty requirement.
Reporting various vehicle concerns to manufacturer.
Prepare& maintain all warranty documents according to distributor & manufacturer requirement.
Understand& perform the processes and procedures relative to the transaction types
Proper storage of warranty replaced parts as per policy.
Review claims for excess payment including duplicate repairs , overlapping labor & excessive parts
Analyzing warranty trend reports to identify & improve problem areas
Reconcile all claims submitted to manufacturer
Conduct parts physical inspection and testing based on audit criteria
.Assemble audit findings and create summary reports for the warranty leadership team
Proactive analytics to minimize warranty risk & improve customer satisfaction

Claiming for the failed parts, replaced under warranty
Sending PARF and Goodwill approval form
Stay current on all warranty programs & communications
Verifying the disposal/shipping of failed parts
Reporting various vehicle concerns to ford
Maintaining a warranty document file system
Verifying service technician labor hours on warranty repairs
Producing check sheets along with the claims

Failure analysis & maintenance of shell & tube heat exchanger
