-Redesign of core business processes belonging to the Studies and Planning Office
-Business Intelligence analysis using Oracle BI and SAS.

-Management control of business areas
-Analysis of commercial and healthcare business cases.
-Internal business performance reporting
-Data extraction, analysis and presentation using SAS, Oracle BI and SAP ERP modules (MM)

- Responsible for the performance of, training and coordinating the Business Process Office team

-Responsible for designing and implementing operational methods that promote the organization's overall efficiency and reduce costs in healthcare core, support, and business processes
-Business Process discovery, modeling, and improvement using the BPMN standard.
-Creation, evaluation and presentation of business cases and proposals involving increased efficiency to the Senior Management.
