Responsible for maintaining the proper functioning of the services used for sending multimedia content to mobile phone users to Central American and Caribbean, applications design for process optimization, key services migration to the cloud to optimize operation costs, responsible for maintaining relationship with providers on issues of licensing , acquisition of equipment and budget management , personnel management.

Coordinate and provide solutions to all tech support cases receive in the department, responsible to provide an outstanding customer service to staff, assign the correct resources to provide solutions needed in each case and have a log of the cases presented and its status, maintain in shape the systems infrastructure of the school (MS 2008 and 2003 Servers, PowerSchool, Destiny, Stoneware among others), maintain and control back up procedures for staff and student files saved in the file server, continues checking and updating of the Web Filter, Software Licensing Administration, Documentation of every change or update made in any of the technology platforms

Responsible for supporting the daily operation of social programs implemented in the , administration and payroll system support , technical support to end users, maintenance of Forefront, Email and Domain Servers.

Design and Programming of management application for microcredit program implemented in , Nicaragua, the application takes control statistics and indicators of economic progress of each of the female members of the project, likewise, and it takes control of loans and payments made. The software was made using VB 6.0 and SQL Server as Database Manager.

Support responsible for the prepaid phone users System (Tecnomen), and support responsible for the postpaid management system, design and development of application to manage prepaid card distribution points, troubleshooting and support of trouble tickets generated by customer care areas.
