Playing the role of Subject Matter Expert for various Saba LMS Implementations in Cisco Systems, Inc. providing solutions for internal and external facing LMS systems.
- Playing the role of Business Systems Analyst, working with the stakeholders and Business Analysts for defining the requirements. Also prepare the Functional Specifications Document to be used as an asset by Biz, DEV and QA teams across the lifecycle of the project for validations of requirements.
- Played a Major role in planning 7 Execution of Saba upgrade from Saba 5.5 to SEC 7.3.1
- Point-of-contact to discuss and finalize the feasibility and finalizing the requirements with Business/Operations team
- Acting as interface between Biz, QA team and DEV team to make sure the deliverable meets the requirements with high quality.
- Played the role of System Administrator/ Super User responsible for the Configurations (Menu, label, notifications and security role, etc)
