- Advising the company on the maintenance of an osmosis plant, which was a previous project carried out with them.
- Quote and coordinate the purchase of the necessary supplies for the maintenance.
- Prepare a manual adapted to the plant and its pre-treatment system.
- Train designated workers to explain the operation of the plant, the inputs used for maintenance and how to perform it.
- Carry out maintenance with the participation of the personnel, so that they learn in a practical way the correct way to carry out the maintenance of the plant.

- Advising the company with the purchase of an osmosis plant to purify water used in the mayonnaise production process.
- Search for alternatives that meet the company's requirements. Present the alternatives to the company's manager to make the decision to purchase the equipment.
- Design a water pre-treatment system to improve the operation of the equipment, extending the life of the equipment's membranes.
- Coordinate with the supplier the delivery of the equipment and with the company's personnel the installation of the pre-treatment system and the osmosis equipment.
- Start up the plant, measure parameters to ensure its operation and train the person in charge regarding the operation of the system.

- Advising the company on the purchase of a reverse osmosis plant for the treatment of drinking water and the manufacture of purified water.
- Participate in the purchase process, coordinate and supervise the installation of the plant in the company's facilities, until its start up.
- Ensure the supply of raw materials, such as drinking water, containers, labels, caps and personal protection and hygiene inputs for product handling.
- Coordinate the work team to fulfill the production, including the production, sales and logistics areas.
- Report directly on production and goals to the company's general manager.

Among the greatest achievements was obtaining the ISO 9001:2008 certification and re-certification of ISO 22241, delivered by German institution VDA.

I work in the development lab, the activities were:
- Performing physical-chemical and organoleptic analysis of the food manufactured by the company, to check its shelf life.
- Verify the stability of new products created by the company before they are put on the market. Within the food areas, there are, dairy, oilseeds, fruits, canned foods, industrial food products.

Once this replacement work was completed, I performed laboratory tests in a reactor, using different variables with fats and oils to determine the conditions for a specific melting point that would serve for the new margarine formulation.

Development of professional practice:
- Search for opportunities to improve in the area of production. By carrying out procedures and training operators.
Main achievement: To carry out a more exhaustive control of raw materials, which allowed to reduce considerably the decreases and losses due to overweight of hydrogenated packaging.

Thesis work done in the Quality Control laboratory, the activities carried out:
- Validation of the chemical analysis methodology for measuring the wax content in edible vegetable oils.
Main achievement: to reduce the response time of the analysis, since the previous methodology used by the company delivered results in 2 days, while the new methodology by turbidimetry allowed to reduce the response time of the analysis to 1 hour.

- Support the subject teacher.
- Prepare classes of exercises for the subject of Graphic Methods.
- Explain the contents according to the study program.
- Prepare and review the workshop evaluations.
- Report the progress and give the grades of the students to the subject's teacher.
