Integration projects: Doctor schedule sharing, ePrescription, Quest, Patient education library, CCDA,LIS, RIS. CQM data generation engine.

Working as a PM for the HMIS system including Implementation, Training, GAP Analysis, requirement gathering and vendors coordination.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of EMR/ ERP project scope, timelines and status report.
• Managing development team including User Interface, Database Administration,
Application Development and Quality Assurance to improve and maintain the overall HMIS system. Current in-house developed products are:
Smart Patient Care App, Infection Control App, EMR, Online Meeting Scheduler, Online Staff Dictionary, Employee Management System, Leave Management System, Payroll System, Automated Patient reminder services and many more.
• Designed an intelligent graphical dashboard using business analysis tools for data analysis on big data to make clinical/nonclinical data presentable for R&D and project forecasting. It also support higher management for decision making.
• Working with Harvard on research collaboration program on Organ Transplantation.
• Monitor all programs for JCI, PHC, HIPPA and local government compliance.
• Provide vision and leadership to the strategic day-to-day operations of the system.
• Apply healthcare data security data transfer standards using HL7, CCDA FHIR etc.

I worked with MDVision a offshore company which head office ‘Sovereign Health system’ is in USA. I have multiple visits to United States as I am responsible for leading and participating in the gathering and documenting functional, technical, integration and data requirements in order to design, develop, test, implement and support enterprise data integration, data warehousing and reporting.

• Responsible and Leading the MDVision EMR ONC-ABC Certification/Licensing process, MACRA, MIPS standards in light of CMS guidelines by working closely with Analysis, software developers, QA and implementation team.
• Make sure EMR product should be capable of handling multiple specialties.
• Working on various healthcare standards like HL7, CCDA, ICD10, CPTs, RxNorm, SNOMED, CCM, eRx using Surescripts to integrate and consolidate them in MDVISION EMR
• In-depth knowledge of complete clinical modules including scheduling, Patient management, patient queue, lab/radiology, prescriptions, physicians notes, nursing notes, CDS, CQMs, specialty templates etc.
• Working on different labs/Medications interface to integrate with EMR including Quest, LabCorp, Bio Reference, Dr. First, FDB etc.
• I am also responsible for planning and conducting training for both internal resources and clinical staff.
• Represent the company customers to solicit feedback on company product and services.
• International travelling to offshore offices for requirement gathering, implementation and training.

Analysis of the pipeline projects, Conduct demos for the potential clients and carry out training's with the new sign ups, Requirement Gathering and direct development team accordingly, Acted as a bridge between the clients and the development team to ensure smooth transition and ensure service delivery standards.

• Major domain areas are Meaningful Use compliant, Computerized Patient record, Lab Management, eRx, Sure Script Certification and Patient Registration, Scheduling, MU reporting, PRQI, CQM, e-Prescribe 10.6, CCDA, CDA, CCR, HL7 etc.
• Successfully implemented NCPDP Script 10.6 from Surescript for Rx routing service and MU Stage 2 certification from Durmmond.
• Performed gap analysis and prioritized requirements for ensuring compliance with industry
standards.
• Represented the organization in client meetings, document meeting outcomes, and coordinated all internal and external follow-ups to close issues in support of the project requirements.
• Documented use cases, workflow and data flow diagrams, and prepared detailed requirements and functional specifications documents.
