Have been working since 1996 as Sr.Welding Inspector, QA/QC Inspector, QC Engineer,Co-ordinator. Working experience in various companies in India, ,Kuwait,United Arab Emirates and China. Have full responsibility of works Handling and Inspection of Piping, Pipeline, Subsea Structures, Riser and Spool fabrication, Jacket Installation and Offshore rigging activities and FPSO topside modules. Participated in major projects.
Comprehensive Knowledge of materials, Welding, Non Destructive Examination, Inspection, PWHT, Hydro Testing, Coating/Painting in general construction activities,Codes & Standards and Quality Management Systems.

Led inspection activities for Fabrication and delivery of 12 no’s of 1500HP& 4 no’s of 2000HP fast moving Land rigs in China for NDC Abu Dhabi (LRAP-2 Project)
Understood quality of Chinese materials and standards including GB/T material standards such as GB/T 1591, GB/T 700, GB/T 6396, GB/T 8162, GB/T 3094, GB/T 3077, GB/T 8110
Material inspection using Chinese and international standards for material inspection for CS,SS and low alloy steel piping and components.
Q245B,25 Cr Mo,30CrMo,35 CrMo and A 4130 material for piping commonly used for fabrication and installation of piping.
Material inspection involves Q235B,245B,Q345B,Q345D for structurals and tanks etc.Material re-conformation by re-testing and verified by MTC provided.
Material inspections like plates, pipes, valves, flanges and fittings.
Conducting study for scope of work, contract, company specifications and standards & performing the work in compliance to the specified requirements
Witnessing PWHT, NDT, Hardness, interpreting the Radiography films and reports including regular Inspection on Blasting & Painting activities including:
Witnessed &reviewed WPS, PQR& Welder qualifications by Sub contractors in China
Material inspections like plates, pipes, valves, flanges and fittings.
Review of Material Test Certificates and Welding Electrode Test Certificates
Review of Incoming Material Inspection Reports, Weld Joint fit-up, weld visual reports, NDT reports, Piping spools and structural clearance reports, PWHT, Hardness, Painting reports, Mechanical clearance reports etc.
Review of Radio-graphs and NDT reports.
Review of Test pack for pressure testing and releasing for pressure test after line walk.
Review of piping history sheets, Punch points list and Final issuance of inspection reports.
Witness of Destructive testing in testing laboratories.
Witness and approval of welder qualification tests and qualifying welders
Painting inspection i.e Surface profile check & Dry Film Thickness as per Project spe
