Engineer - Architecture

• Providing input or preparing terms of reference (scope of work) for consultants contracts
• Monitoring the project progress to ensure conformance to the project management plan and updating the Plans as necessary and oversees construction phases of projects
• Frequent site inspection visit to project construction sites to provide any value added recommendations and acting as the single point of contact during project delivery
• Attend client meetings and record the agenda and actions discussed
• Coordinate with all consultants on board and maintain the project schedule
• Estimating the benefits and costs ensuring value engineering done for project with options
• Ensures close-out documentation and project archives are completed as planned.

Duties and responsibilities included:
• Develop concepts, schematic sketches, presentation drawings for villas & apartments up to G+7
• Preparation of municipal services and working drawings of the same
• Preparing Noc’s for various service departments & follow ups
• Project report & progress on a fortnight basis
• Organizing library for materials, fittings, finishes & specification
• Attended & Contributed towards achieving an ISO certified organization.
