Project follow up according to PMI methodology. In charge of doing the procedural and documental closing of projects in order to present how was developed to minimize risks and losses.
Achievements:
• Project resolution under PMI methodology, organizing technical info with proprietary ERP.

Project execution and development of telecommunication products such as optical fiber cables. Supervision on lean manufacturing process for optical fiber cables following TPS methodology. I have participated on bringing a new optical fiber cable manufacturing factory on Colombia intended to distribute their products on all Andean region, central and south America. Development on quality process for brand new products and ISO 9001:2000 process certification.

Administrating productive resources of a manufacturing food packing and medical devices such as toothbrushes. Directing a team of 33 persons in the productive base. Leadership improvement projects and reducing the base cost per unit of manufacturing toothbrushes.

Industrial management and administration of electronic resources for productive improvement of metallurgical production machines. Resource management of human capital, with 16 people in charge for implementation, compliance and process improvement of preventive, corrective and predictive industrial maintenance. As part of the maintenance team, I was in charge of the administration of technical information of 650 machines with electronic documentation in the 3 different branches of the organization.
• Execution of industrial assembly projects: Verson press machine for automotive manufacturing with capacity of 1800 Ton which the pieces were intended for Renault and Mazda; assembly production line for cutting flat sheets by flattening material; whole new line production line for air conditioning parts on automotive radiators including their respectively verification systems and automation projects on local solutions.
• Foreign work automation equipment with technicians from China, Japan, India, Mexico, USA and Brazil.
• Improved production time on manufacturing gas tanks for Honda motorcycles through optimization and debugging programs of robotic welders such as Motoman and Panasonic.

Achievements:
• Implementation and management of electronic equipment on industrial machinery.
• Corrective and preventive maintenance planning for CNC machinery, with proprietary DSC and PLC. Hot-swap recovery parameters.
• Implementation of local automatic solutions to reduce timing and simplifying processes.
• Participation in project execution for new factories and new machinery.
• Improvement on robotic welding process.
