• Finalization of statutory financial statements along with notes to accounts as per Ind As/IFRS for entities
• Liaise with statutory auditors for the closure of audit
• Preparation of schedules such as employees benefit expense, contingent liability, leases, capital commitment, property, plant and equipment and related party disclosures for audit
• Handling the auditor’s queries and observations during audits and dealing with them to fulfill all the data requirement to perform the audits

• Maintenance of proper books of accounts as per statutory needs and ensure routine scrutiny of ledgers on regular basis
• SOP compliance, monitoring and plant visit to ensure that all guidelines are followed at plant level
• Ensure timely bill passing as per policy and payments to suppliers as per guidelines
• Responsible for day to day statutory compliances of VAT, Excise and Service tax

• Preparation of Consolidated Financials of GAL & its subsidiaries along with Notes to Accounts & Comparatives
• Spearheading the team efforts on consolidated airport sector MIS reports - monthly and quarterly, for board meetings
• Responsible for ensuring timely delivery of liquidity, contingent liabilities and debtors analysis reports on quarterly basis
• Conversion of IFRS based financials of foreign subsidiaries into IGAAP financials for the purpose of consolidation and liaise with service providers outside India
• Preparation of weekly fund flow of foreign subsidiaries to include all the inflows and outflows during the week
• Preparation of Investor call presentation on quarterly basis for CFO presentation
• Analyzing merger of subsidiary companies and preparation of financials after considering the effects of merger
