Worked with an external consulting in project for Gross to Net - an interface which enables Wholesaler, Direct, Indirect Sales Contract Management information interacts with JDE Application to identify Revenue. Tasks included technical design, Data Mapping, Develop Application, Cross Functional Testing, Implementation, User Training and Post Implementation.
* First Implementation Advanced Pricing for Sales Accrual and Sales Pricing as part of Gross to Net Project
*Support Financial applications such as General Ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivable, Fixed Assets
* Support Financial Applications with interactions with Sales and Distribution modules (Inventory, Sales Order, Manufacturing Accounting, Work Order)
* Provide Business solutions for Financial interacting with AP, AR, Sales such as Credit Billing, Chargeback, Advance Pricing in Contract
* Configure and setting Distribution Manufacturing Accounting Instruction (DMAAI); Automatic Accounting Instruction (AAI); Order Activity Rules (OAR), Advanced Price for Accrual, Pricing; Advance Preference, User Define Code (UDC). In charge all major Production set up.
* Mentor Business Users with JDE system high value of employees come from SAP never expose to JDE
* Recommended Integrity Reports, support artifacts to monitor daily jobs as Invoice Processing, Sales Update and Posting jobs.

• Work with Eone 9.00 and 8.11 (Order to Cash, Procurement, Inventory, General Accounting, A/P, Fixed Assets, Manufacturing, Quality Management)
• Work in project to document Job Operation such as Job schedule
• Work in project to design User Training
• Review actual process, recommend and implement better solutions for Fixed Assets, Procurement, Outside Process, Inventory Scrap and Manufacturing
• Review E1 actual process and provide better solutions for GL Account set up, DMAAI, and AAI
• Redesign and Improve existing Financial Reports
• Provide business solution to new business process Procurement for Service and Contract
• Analysis of existing Chart Account
• Design, develop, implement new Financial document such as Balance Sheet, P & L, for two subsidiaries companies
• Analysis, Develop and Implement Custom needs for Manufacturing, Security and Finance
• Act as SME (Level 2) when support issues cannot be addressed by Level 1

• Work with EOne 8.11 and JDE World Distribution-Logistics (Order to Cash, Procurement, Inventory, Equipment-Contract
and New Product Introduction) in high customize applications to fullfil the Healthcare Manufacturing industry.
• Work in project convert an old legacy custom system from JDE World to EOne – Equipment Contract Lease and one market
segment Respiratory Sale using EOne Tools (OMW, Tables, Business View, Batch Versions, Interaction Versions, Processing Options, UDC, Event Rules, Debbug Tools)
• Work full SDLC for small and midsize enhancement project to existing systems
• Work closer with developer during Unit testing and troubleshooting issue.
• Create support document by reading Event Rules in some application
• Provide support to Lead Business Analyst during develop, implementation, unit testing, go live activities , roll up and post
implementation activities
• Work closer with End User during implementation providing guidance for system flow in Eone application such as Order
Entry full cycle (Order Entry to posting transactions in GL)
• Design artifact tools to ease End User daily activites with EOne and its Interface Applications
• Work daily support tickets and analysis from data integrities for Order Entry, Distribution-Logistics and Equipment
Lease/CoOp

• JDE World
• Provide full support for daily activities for Shop Floor, Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchase, Shipping, Documentation, Art work for labels, Quality Management and Finance for old legacy system JDE World during implementation of new system in Oracle suite.
• Support all business unit non-JDE application requirements. (Ad hoc or OTS)
• Support all requirments for business units related to Microsoft Suite, hardware, communication and network
• Minor dealing with computer vendors which provide service to business units

• Work in OneWorld XE and JD Edward World
• Support Analyst for Distribution-Logistics Applications (Order to Ship, Contract Management, Material Management, Procurement, Quality Management, Transportation, and some Advanced Warehouse)
• Provide support to company branches in several European cities and two African countries.
• Support diverse interface applications such as ICSS (International Contract Settlement System) for Commodity Traders in Switzerland and GMS (Weight Bridge),
• Analysis to set up and maintenance of User Security for JDE and ICSS applications.
• Interface Payroll and General Accounting
• Troubleshooting transactions at the EOM with problems in AAI from external applications such as ICSS.
• Create New Business Unit including its Address Book Records, Branch Constants, AAI, Object Acct, Ledgers, and Subledger.
• Train and Mentor Users and SME in ICSS, Business Objects and JDE with special focus in new users for Distribution-Logistics and Financial modules.
