Account Manager

My name is , I am Italian and I have been living and working in the Netherlands since 2006. Before moving here, I worked from 1995 to 2006 as a technical, marketing and literary translator from English and French into Italian and as a Project Manager for a translation agency in , Italy. In the last eight years, though, I have been working for , an American telecom company based in as a Senior Customer Support Analyst/Account Manager (in the last two years, I have been working as a dedicated Account Manager, with a lot of upselling opportunities, for several major customers: among them, , and ).

I am extremely stress-resilient and organised, used to meet very strict deadlines and always striving to do my best to help customers and colleagues. I am a great team player, and I like to walk that extra mile, and then some more, to build and/or strenghten business relationships. And good relationships always bring in more business. I can offer a proven track record of achieved goals (customer satisfaction level close to 10), a warm and friendly approach to customers and colleagues alike, and, last but not least, my multilingual skills (Italian, English, French and... oh, ja, een beetje Nederlands).
