During my management internship as a Project Management Intern, I have seen and experienced the roles of the mechanical and other engineers in the administration field. As the only intern in the office, I worked with several senior engineers and started by learning the nomenclature from articles that were given to me. Later on, I made a presentation about emerging trends in distributed generation, and another one about Organic Rankine Cycle to make employees (especially non-mechanical engineers) familiar with the characteristics of ORC. Lastly, I prepared a progress payment document by using pre-built Excel and further improving it.

A short and brief research project about "Tuned-massed dampers and their optimization".

During my summer practice in Process Management Department, I had a chance to observe how a company works, what mechanical engineers are working on and their value to the company, and lastly how the office life is going. I have done the analysis of G-Code for CNC Machines in the factory, tried to improve the time efficiency of these machines and processes, documented data in MS Excel, and observe CNC machines during the day.
