I was in Germany for 6 months period. Due to Erasmus Exchange Program, I had to get chance to know German's culture and system of education.

ORS is the first manufacturer of bearings in Turkey. I am Preventive Maintenance Engineer. ORS has many kind of machines such as CNC, Hot Forging, Cold Forging, Heat Treatment Furnace, Grinding Machines, Milling Machines and Automatic Assembly Machines. I prepare the maintenance plan for this machines annually. In addition, within the scope of predictive maintenance, I measure vibration from machines and analysis them. Also I use thermal camera for ckecking temperature of hydraulic pumps, valves etc.

I worked as a Project Engineer. I designed lubrication systems for machines, heavy construction equipments, iron steel industry, cement industry, automative industry etc. My tasks are as an project engineer ; to project of centralized lubrication systems installation and spare parts ordering and tracking.

I worked as a Site Engineer in this job. We built a railway wagon filling station in a refinery. This new technology filling station fills kind of diesel, gasoline, LPG, oils etc. into the wagon. The filling station has so many kind of systems such as Fire Fighting System, Overpressure System, Shunting System, Folding Stairs. My tasks are as an engineer; to inspect the installations of system and prepare the plan of installations. Also my responsibilities were spare parts ordering and tracking.Along in this project, I worked with Siemens, Vollert, Lippold supervisor engineers.
