Responsible for the creation of legal department in Company. Design and management of legal strategy across all
jurisdictions (Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala & Panama). Strategic advisory to CEO & CFO in regards to legal risks and
compliance with national and international regulations. Development of strategic relations with governmental and regulatory
stakeholders and agencies. Management of corporate governance policy for holding companies and operating companies of
the . Supervision and planning of corporate tax strategies. Direct complex debt finance transactions,
including corporate finance, project finance, and cross-border transactions, closing more than 130 M USD in diverse

assuring Company´s successful entry into new markets in LATAM. Evaluate and retain external legal counsel in all
jurisdictions. Manage all corporate reputation related incidents protecting Company´s reputation across all markets.
Construction and management of consumer-related policies. Overview key messages in social media in regards with product
liability or other incidents.

Responsible for El Salvador legal team and the definition of legal strategy in close relation with regional leadership, in
matters related to legal and litigation affairs in El Salvador. Lead defense of Company interests in all litigation matters initiated
by or against Company. Manage and advise all contract related matters. Responsible for identification of legal, labor, and
regulatory risks with possible impacts to operations. Manage registry and defense of intellectual property. Development,
supervision, and management of external counsels. Manage strategic stakeholders related to legal and reputational matters
on a government and private sector platform. Accountable of all legal related budget and Zero Base Budget initiatives in El
Salvador. Worked with all areas in the implementation of strategic projects, such as drilling of new water extraction wells,
expansion of plants production capacity, tax strategies, law reforms, management of corporate reputation crisis, biomass
furnace purchase and implementation, business continuity, among others.

Develop and Manage strategies to ensure License to Trade & Operate in the country. Designated Judicial Representative of
the Company by Board of Directors. Manage Litigation strategies and contingencies with a VAR of over 80 M USD.
Supervise and lead external counsel in relation to the accomplishment of litigation strategies and goals. Protect corporate
reputation. Ensure the good standing of operation. Creation and management of municipal matrix of all compliance regulations
related to beer and NABS portfolio. Manage Litigation department budget of 300K USD. Obtained over 10 M USD victory in
tax litigation.

Advise senior executives in Corporate, Labor, Commercial, Civil, Tax, Municipal, Administrative and Penal matters. Protect IP
property and reputation by means of civil and legal actions. Advise marketing on upcoming business strategies as a member
of the Commercial Communications committee. Develop and implement strategies in tax and constitutional litigation issues
protecting a value of over 5M USD. Ensure compliance and implementation of international policies and
regulations: Uk Bribery Act, Record Management, Antitrust, Labor, LTT and LTO regulations, Money Laundering, Corporate
Relations. Periodically prepare and update information and reports required by Latam Hub. Represent ILC in business
organizations such as ASIAGUA, ADES, AMCHAM, OSARTEC, ASI, and CNP (National Publicity Council). Member of
Insurance, Risk, Commercial Communications, committees.

Advised senior executives and managed day-to-day corporate housekeeping. Negotiated and reviewed all contracts. Drafted
long-term PPA agreements ensuring investors’ confidence and stabilizing energy prices. Settled disputes with government
officials reconciling relationships and avoiding litigation. Ensured compliance with international regulatory legislation.
Negotiated and drafted rural electrification agreement of over 300 M USD subscribed with MCC. Created contract templates for supply and purchase area.
