Specialized in GRMS(Guest Room Management Systems) or IED (Intelligent electronic device). The GRMS decides how every aspect of a room including Air conditioning, lighting pattern, dimmable lights, shades/curtains should work with or without the presence of a person (i.e Automation)
Work Profile:
1. Preparing documents relating to requirements of a client and its pertaining technical aspects.
2. Preparing a Mock up system to best utilize all possible requirements of the team.
3. Holding review meetings with the marketing team about the changes required in the system.
4. After evaluating the changes required, making a delivery schedule for the alpha system (1st system) developed.
5. Combining the different modules to form a complete system (alpha) and run diagnosis to ensure system modules are communicating (RS 485) and is robust in performance.
6. After the alpha system is fully operational, it is tested through all possible scenarios till the final version is developed.
7. The GRMS system is then presented to the client in the hotel suit room with a presentation.
8. Once mock-up is approved new modules are programmed and a beta version is built with incorporated changes. This system is sent to the Quality assurance for testing and ensuring client needs are met after which it is sent for final production.
Achievements:
Successfully executed Guest Room Management Systems for apartments, (presently #6) Junior, Executive and Presidential suit rooms.
