Planning and execution of system integrations for information systems using SAFe Agile
methodology for project execution.
Creation of standards for naming conventions and structures to standardize the operation (Latin
America, Europe and Asia).
Application of best practices and standards used for previous projects
Implementation of processes to manage the scope over the project lifecycle

Provide Tier 2 support to institutions with online platforms that belong to the LATAM operation.
