• Design and implement the monitoring and evaluation system of projects and programs implemented by , incorporating elements under the methodology PMD-PRO and global indicators (GIM).
• Plan monitoring and evaluation processes of projects in the implementation areas: baselines, intermediate and final evaluations, systematization, and others requirements established by the donor.

• Monitor and evaluate 10 CCFC program and project results.
• Develop Country Office Monitoring and Evaluation tools, systems and processes, based on results-based management methodology to increase the effectiveness, efficiency and accountability of projects and programs.
• Analyze data collected from local partners, projects and programs, generate reports and provide recommendations to assist local partners, country office and head office in the planning process.
• Provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly, annual and other reports as required.

• Identify, write, share and document success stories in project and program areas.

• Facilitates the operational administrative project management, human resources (Consultancy contracts) and financial projects, providing support to the project leaders.
• Coordinate and supports the processes related to the management of the main resources of the Organization (budgets, management and staffing, time management), including the planning, implementation and follow-up of activities and resources. Tracks with the parties involved to ensure an effective process.
• Responsible for the monitoring and preparation of reports, scope, quality and compliance with deadlines of commitments technical and financial clients/projects that implements, as well as the follow-up to administrative compliance with conditions and terms of the contracts signed with immersed in each project staff.
• Supports the planning and preparation of projects proposal to present them to the donors for its funding (European Union, International Development Bank, USAID, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Netherlands).

• Evaluates project proposals of local and regional organizations counterparts for their financing.
• Monitors the 40 projects implementation of the three main programs: Democratization and Peace Building (youth and legal security, commercial and sexual abuse of children and young people); Development Economic Right (value chains); and Access to Basic Services (water and HIV/AIDS).
• Implements the use of the logical framework tool with counterparts, allowing the better project planning and monitoring, which reduced by 50% with regard to the time spent by project and 50% in cost reduction.
• Formulate 12 projects with a total amount of US$ 2,167,090.36, financed by the Dutch Government.
• Achieves the administrative close of 20 projects, which had been completed six years ago and were in a 10% of its closing process. This allowed a better monitoring to new projects and better management within the software (Microsoft Dynamics) that is used to track programs.
2004-01 – 2007-10
• Monitors the execution of three Programs: a) Dairy Development Program; b) Reforestation and Genetic Improved of the Nicaraguan Livestock Program; c) Rural Roads Program.
• Prepares the Institutional Annual Memory and the five-year (2002-2006) Memory, which allowed systematizing information missing from that period, which was in an 80% gap.
• Prepares quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports on the implementation of the programs and projects of the Institute, aimed to the Executive Director and external entities.
• Participates in the preparation of the Institutional Annual Operating Plan – AOP, which improved the coordination among the three main areas (Executive, Administrative and Planning) of the Institute in a 50%.
• Participates as a member of the restructuring and modernization Committee of the institution, allowing including 50% of improvements in the monitoring and follow-up projects processes through specialized tools.
