4) Commissioning of alpha series Dynamometer with Dyno controller Unit(BME), and Engine Starting controller using the electrical Schematics that includes planning and cabling of the R&D lab.
5) Complete interfacing of AVL Control Panel Unit With AVL eddy current dynamometer, AVL blow by meter, Smokemeter 415S, Opacimeter, Fuel Balance 733 and Fuel Conditioning Unit753C.
6) Troubleshooting Test Equipment like CCU (Coolant Conditioning Unit), OCU(OIL Conditioning Unit), ACS (Air conditioning system), fuel balance and fuel conditioning systems
7) Handling corrective & preventive measures of the Testing Equipment i.e actively involved in AMC (Half yearly and annual maintenance) and calibration of the Equipment for our North Zone Customers.
8) Calibrating various temperature (RTD & Thermocouple) and Druck pressure sensors using NI-PCI & NI-CFP using temperature and pressure calibrators using Software EDAC and Puma Open.
