Product Line Director

The unit, coming from an internal re-organization, is responsible for all divisional Data Management and
Product Lifecycle Management solution for electronics data.
The introduction of the first service based () architecture has been the major achievement for the team, currently it is the
only solution of this type in the market. This solution enables the utilization of private or public clouds within our enterprise customers taking advantage of the overall benefits offered by the world wide web. High attention was paid to the security requirement meeting the highest market standards for our military and aero-space customers (SSL, web encryption...)

General Manager/Product Line Director
Brought in to reorganize the division following a significant number of acquisition the unit was responsible for two product lines (logical design and library management) within the systems design (PCB) space. The team composed by about 100 professionals
(mainly engineers and product architects) grew double-digit for several years achieving total revenue in the range of 30M$. Originally the team had members in 13 different Worldwide locations including people from USA, Japan, UK, Germany, France, Egypt, Poland and Italy.
While re-organizing the team the major achievement was the introduction of the first Server Client Application in our company a very innovative solution to enable concurrent design across multiple sites and regions.

General Manager - Design Entry and FPGA Solutions Business Unit
The position is responsible for 3 Product Lines located in the UK, USA, Poland and Middle East (Egypt). The GM has responsibility for both the marketing and the R&D organizations as well as the P&L and also to define the strategic products direction of the Business Unit. The team was composed by about 50 people and during 2002 exceeded $25 Million in total revenue. The team delivered the very first Windows based product for our corporation.
Operational: acquisition of Translogic Poland. Thanks to this acquisition we started the operation in Poland going from 5 people in 2004 to over 230 people today.

Field Marketing Director Europe/Asia
Marketing Responsibility Design Creation and Entry and FPGA design solutions, with product and sales responsibility as well as market development for Europe, Pacific Area and Japan. Played key role in customers’ engagements and business development in markets that needed significant development for a higher ROI

Worldwide Product Marketing Manager

Responsibility for high level design tools based at corporate headquarters Oregon.
The Product Marketing responsibilities deal with the relationship with the press, sales and marketing strategy as well as preparation of the sales organization (Direct and VARs). Decisions about product strategy directions are also among the responsibilities of the position.
The major achievement has been the successful launch of a next generation graphical entry tool to design digital electronic integrated circuits.

Product Sales Specialist
This position covered USA, Canada and South America as product sales specialist for System Engineering and
high-level design tools with special focus on automotive and major accounts/customers.

Application Engineer
Responsible for the CASE (Computer Aided Software Engineering) tools, which included high level s/w design tool and HW/SW (Hardware/Software) co-simulation tools.
Mentor Graphics Italy covered South Europe including Greece, Turkey, Israel and the former Yugoslavia region.

On Board Software Engineer.
Major project achieved:
() On Board Data Handling software. has been the Italian space launcher for
satellite system up to 700kg. was deployed with Space Shuttle mission .
