Presently, I am employed as Customer Service and Distribution Manager in Pharma company for OTC and RX pharma market (Mass, Direct and Wholesale channel).
My main job is to liaise with Customer Service team to implement best practices and to drive customer and performance improvements. To decide appropriate quantities of items to stock and ensure inventory maintains optimal levels.Monitor and report on KPI's metrics, deep dive and identify trends/root causes (mainly Customer Satisfaction, Casefill and OT delivery status).
Before this experience, I was Stock Control and Shift Leader for Gdo company. The role involved ensuring stock control methods to minimize 'Out of Stock' rate and ensure consistency of supply while monitoring compliance within the quoted delivery promise. My main activity was working to ensure that the Customer receives excellent Service during the fulfillment process.
I was also Official Champion Italian Kpi’s Key User to monitoring KPI’s measures within European supply chain for monthly, quarterly & annually KPI's scores Vs agreed business plan targets (Developed key fulfillment measures within internal Unilever European supply chain).
Before this experience, I’ve been Unilever Customer Service Supervisor, leading a 12 people Team, focused on Customer Satisfaction (Key Customers program Team Leader) and credit specialist.
From 2006 to 2009 I was employed in Mercedes Benz Italia as accountingclerk and in Ford Motor Company as risk and finance analyst.
I graduated from Rome University “La Sapienza” with Communication and Business Economics, degree. (final mark 108/110 in 2005)
In addition to my full time post, I am a photographer within some magazines collaborations.
