Projektleiter/in

Project Manager:
- Responsible person for coordinating the ongoing projects (ex. SMED set up time reduction, ShopFloor Management) and new projects in the Plant
- Implement and support the LEAN and Continuous Improvement Process
- Match the project activities of the Plant with the Multi Project Management of the Headquarter using the common projects standards/Tools of the Company.

Industrial Performance Manager:
- Collect, analyze and report (weekly / monthly) Key (Production) performance indicators
- Support the End Month Closure activities (controlling the correct time and material booking, deviation pre/post orders calculation etc…)
- Support the Management board by providing specific and statistical analysis of the production data

- Definition of the Basic Design of the new projects (Flow-sheet, LayOut, investment/cost analysis, time scheduling etc…)
- Issue of the technical specifications of the projects
- Check cost, quality and time line in order to correct any discrepancies
- Coordination of the suppliers
- Follow the installation till the final commissioning (Installation Qualification, Performance Qualification, Site Acceptance test etc…)

- Define the maintenance politics (on conditions, preventive maintenance etc…)
- Coordinate/support the responsible of the maintenance of the different sites.
- Implement the maintenance informatic system (SAP-PM) in order to measure and analyze the different key performance indicators (O.E.E., MTBF, MTTR)
- Analyze the production lines from maintenance point of view:
- FMEA analysis
- To issue maintenance procedures
- Spare parts list definition
- Maintenance budget/Cost analysis

In charge of the Eurofighter Typhoon Final assembly tooling office (Manufacturing Engineering dept. – Technical Service):
- Other European Partner Companies Tooling Office focal point
- Support activities involved in solving technical problem on the Shop Floor
- Coordinate activities concerned with sustaining and maintenance service:
- Definition of technical specifications for maintenance contract of electrical/hydraulic test set required for testing aircraft systems
- Focal point for on- site support visit of the external suppliers
- Management of all activities involved in external calibration of the test equipment (shipment, minimize turnaround time etc…)
- Contact with the suppliers in order to guarantee the respect of the forecast delivery dates concerning the purchase of new test set/tools

- 3D/2D Design of no-structural automotive parts (ex. driver component parts) – Feasibility assessment

From November 2003 – as Autostudi employee, transfer at Magneti Marelli S.p.a. (Suspension Design dept.) with the following responsibilities:
- 3D/2D Design of suspension parts (ex. Suspension arm, suspension spring) in accordance to the Project Manager requirements.
