- Making sure all Quality and Construction activities are met with the scope of works
- Recruiting Specialists and Subcontractors
- Monitoring all Project activities related in scope of work
- Mobilisation at Site
- Overseeing the accounting,costing and billing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preperation of proposals (RFQ)
- Meetings and negotiations proposed proposals behalf of Company
- All Piping Management activities in Company on going projects
- Business development activities related with piping (setting of piping automation systems)

Neftekhim Acrylic Acid & Acrylates Complex Project

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preperation of schedule based on man power-hour,wdi and test packages.

- Preperation and verification of all test packages
- Distrubition and Spooling of all isometric with as built. - Hydraulic-Pneumatic-Visual Testing of pipe networks
- Managing all subcontractor activities related with piping - Air Blowing -Water Flushing of all test packages.
- Reinstatement all test packages - Oil Flushing and Steam blowing of process lines.
- Heat Trace piping and testing - All scaffolding activities related with project with 150 pcs direct people.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Erection of Piping is around 60000 WDI in MELT AREA
- Clearence of Official Punch Items (393 Test Packages) which related construction (A and B Punches) in MELT AREA
- Performing of All Testing Activities (393 Packages) in MELT AREA.
- Performing of All Reinstatement Activities (393 Packages) in MELT AREA

IKRA Air Seperation Unit.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fabrication of CS&SS Spools are quantity of WDI 18000 “
- Piping installation 10000"
- Preperation of ALL Test Networks (Test Packages) which around 100 pcs
- Fabrication&Installation all Steel Structure Works at Site which around 140 tons
- Daily Site Meeting with Contractor
- Preperation of Daily Site Activities&Planing report.
- Weekly General Meeting (HSE, Piping, Structural works, Equipment, Planing, Man power, Material).

International Airport Infrastructure Works Package (MC-1).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and inspecting :installation,welding,insulation operations of Subcontractors according to specifications.(ASME B31.3, APL 5L8)
- Daily status meeting with subcontractor.
- Weekly Coordination meetings with other departments.
- Controls and approving materials (pipes,fittings,branch conn.flanges...) for installation
- Montly Progress and Improving meeting with Contractor

Russian KEP-306 Electro Steel Melting Complex.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of Subcontractor in Melt Shop Area
- Installation of Rotating and Static Equipments
- Heavy Lifting Method of Statement Preperation
- Making sure all Quality and Construction activities are met with the scope of works

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management and Planing as per Transportation,OPI and Erection of Equipments
- Management and Planing as per Transportation,OPI and Erection of Gas Turbine Components GE 9FA
- Piping Erection belong to CENTERLINE with NDT (Hydraulic&Pneumatic Tests)
- Lube Oil Flushing

RESPONSIBILITIES
- 13000 wdi - 220 TON and 12 pcs piping line erection on to 750 m lenght&2 level pipe rack.
- Preperation of test packs which belong to my scope
- Daily Preperation and submittal to Contractor for approval "Open Flame Permit" as Authorized Permit Receiver
- Spooling of isometric drawings which belong to my scope
- Weekly coordination meeting with Contractor
- Arrangement of dates inductions who under my title (Supervisor,Formen,workes) for SIMOPS-H2S-IIF safety trainings
