- Responsible for management of the site’s Standards Program, which entailed ensuring that 15 subgroups brought approx. 7000 people to be in compliance with global safety standards
- Took over the management of a safety incident, ensured that the team refocused and executed the promised Corrective Actions and Preventative Actions (CAPAs)
- Documented the CAPAs in a comprehensive manner reflecting actions taken and relevant supportive documentation
- Administrated learning software and edited programming in Quickbase and MyLearning
- Supported the Industrial Hygiene (IH) Program by editing and updating procedures such as the “Chemical Hygiene Plan”, inventorying the noise conservation program, as well as revamping and coordinating the respirator fit test schedule

- Revamped the service work department, creating a protocol ensuring calls were attended to, tracked, and invoiced
- Designed an organizational system to track the status of all open projects from the contract award through product installation
- Generated, submitted, and distributed demountable partition and hardware submittals to the client, the architect, and our team
- Coordinated partition installations with the GC and subcontractors on multiple projects simultaneously
- Requested quotes and purchased hardware and glass for installation

- Reviewed shop drawings, product data, and samples with architect specification and drawings
- Bid and assisted Project Managers in the bidding process to award subcontract packages, then managed subcontract project managers in order to meet schedule demands
- Worked one-on-one daily with subcontractor, architects and the client, acting as liaison between the parties
- Led the owner/architect/contractor, post-bid, coordination, and subcontractor meetings
- Assisted in updating and closing out punchlists in Excel and Prolog Manager and created ‘Engineering Turn Over Packages’ and closeout packages for the client
